Vacmould Displays offers total project management, in-house modern vacuum forming machines with the ability to mould from small components to sizes of 3200mm x 2000mm. Raw material can vary from colour transparent flame retardants – UV stabilisers – high impact resistance anti status, and thermo plastics. Raw material thickness can vary from .38mm up to 12.00mm to suit independent client requirements.
Typical components vacuum moulded include, counter displays, freestanding merchandisers, automotive components, 3D signs, plastic pallets, evaporative cooling units, printed moulding service. Furthermore an in-house acrylic fabrication facility has been set up, together with timber, metal work, aluminium and printing to offer high and total quality resolutions. A full pattern and tool making shop in-house to cater for the initial stage of design, CNC machining, full production, trimming, fabrication, assembly, packing and distribution requirements.
